Brisbane Roar has locked in its Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s squad for Sunday afternoon’s Round 2 clash against Wellington Phoenix at Sky Stadium.
The trip to New Zealand will offer the boys the chance to continue their winning start to the campaign following their 1-0 win over Macarthur FC last Friday night in Round 1.
Head Coach Michael Valkanis has made several changes to the squad, with Dimitri Valkanis being replaced with Benjamin Warland due to his one-match suspension. For Warland he is a chance of earning his first A-League minutes since his ACL injury in the December, 2024.
Attacker, Jacob Brazete and defender, Antonee Burke-Gilroy have also been called into the squad for the trip across the Tasman.
