Post Match Survey Competition – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Brisbane Roar Football Club Pty Ltd (Promoter).
2. Acceptance of Conditions
Information on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to persons of all ages.
- Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or win this competition.
4. Competition Period
The competition commences on Monday, 5 January 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Sunday, 19 April 2026 (Competition Period).
5. How to Enter
- To enter, an eligible entrant must complete the official post‑match feedback survey provided following attendance at a Brisbane Roar match during the Competition Period.
- Only one (1) valid entry per person is permitted.
- This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
6. Prize Details
- There is one (1) prize to be won.
- The prize consists of one (1) 2025/26 Brisbane Roar FC playing jersey signed by the playing squad.
- The prize is valued at approximately AUD $500.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize or its stated value.
7. Draw and Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will be selected by random draw.
- The draw will take place by Monday, 27 January 2026.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Notification of Winner
- The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided in the survey submission.
- If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, or if the winner cannot be reasonably identified after reasonable attempts have been made, the winner will forfeit the prize.
- In the event of forfeiture, a replacement winner will be selected by a further random draw.
9. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prize.
10. Promotion and Marketing
By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with this competition, without further notice or compensation, where permitted by law.
