Brisbane Roar are proud to announce that Daisy Brown and Zara Kruger have been selected in the CommBank Young Matildas squad for the upcoming AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup in Thailand.
The action kicks off on April 2nd against Chinese Taipei, followed by a clash against India on April 5th, and a match against Japan on April 8th to conclude the tournament’s round matches before finals.
Forward Daisy Brown has been electric this season, having played 14 games and scoring seven goals so far.
Zara Kruger suffered an ankle injury that saw her sidelined for eight weeks but has since returned stronger as she contributes to Brisbane Roar’s push for finals.
