Brisbane Roar has bolstered its attacking stocks ahead of the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 season with the signing of New Zealand international Jai Ingham.

A two-time Championship winner with Melbourne Victory, Ingham returns to the Club where he earned his Hyundai A-League debut back in 2014.

The 25-year-old says heā€™s thrilled to once again be back in Brisbane orange.

ā€œIā€™m really excited to be back,ā€ Ingham said.

ā€œItā€™s an unbelievable opportunity, especially to play under [Head Coach] Robbie Fowler. I think itā€™s going to be a great year for Brisbane Roar and Iā€™m very excited.

ā€œI canā€™t wait to learn off him [Head Coach Robbie Fowler]. Iā€™ve learnt a lot at my previous clubs and I canā€™t wait to continue learning here in Brisbane.

Ingham

Ingham, who is the Clubā€™s 12th signing ahead of the 2019/20 campaign, has four All Whites caps to his name after making his international debut for New Zealand against Fiji in 2017.

After joining his new teammates at the Roarā€™s City of Logan Training Facility, Ingham has been impressed by the feeling within the group.

ā€œThereā€™s some very good players here which makes for healthy competition and makes the team environment strong,ā€ Ingham continued.

ā€œIā€™m excited to get out there, start training, getting amongst it and helping the boys.ā€
