Brisbane Roar is pleased to be endorsing a unique, innovative new format of 3v3 football.
The format is simple, it’s football, but with just three players on each side.
The endorsement is a step by the Brisbane Roar to support a format which is fun and engaging for players of all ages & abilities.
“We believe we will be a leader in this exciting space as its gives every person who wants to participate an opportunity to bring together people of all skills and abilities, enjoy a new dynamic format and importantly have a serious amount of fun,” CEO David Pourre said.
“We expect that this format will provide further development opportunities due to the inclusive nature of the new format, as well its level of intensity, touches of the ball and decision making, especially our steps into being the first Hyundai A-League club to endorse Futsal over the past 12 months.”
A launch event will be held in early September for boys & girls aged U8 – U12, with the intention of opening programs for additional age groups at a later time. Stay tuned for more details.
