Brisbane Roar is pleased to announce the signing of 2016/17 Gary Wilkins Medallist Corey Brown for the remainder of the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 season.
The versatile Queenslander made 88 appearances for his hometown Club between 2013 & 2018, earning the Roar’s highest individual honour following the 2016/17 campaign.
Following a stint with Melbourne Victory, the 26-year-old is thrilled to return home to Brisbane.
“I love this City, I’m happy to be back at the Club – the Club that I grew up with. I’m really looking forward to earning my spot & winning with this team,” Brown said.
“I do have a point to prove. The reason I’m back at this Club is to earn game time & win for this team, the members and fans & importantly, the Club.
“The Club has come a long way in the last couple of years. I have seen so much improvement throughout the Club and I’m looking forward to getting back out in front of the fans and giving back to them for their support.”
