Brisbane Roar look to make a winning start to the 26/27 A-League Men season when they open they campaign at home against Perth Glory at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night.
Following a gruelling 15 week pre-season the new A-League Men’s season is finally here, with ten new faces coming in the door as Michael Valkanis’ squad builds for a finals push.
After having their Match Week One clash against Adelaide United postponed due to the Reds AFC Champions League commitments, Roar open the new campaign in Match Week 2 against the same opponents they faced in the final round of the 25/26 season.
Perth Glory started their season with a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Macarthur last weekend and could line up with several familiar faces in their squad at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night after Jay O’Shea, Henry Hore & Matt Dench all made the move west.
