21-year-old Borrello was elevated to the Roar senior squad following impressive performances for the Young Roar.
The electric attacker has provided problems for countless Hyundai A-League defences during 50 appearances for the Roar in which he has scored nine times.
He has also represented Australia at Under-20 and Under-23 levels.
