The BRFC Legends have finished their warm-up and are set to hit the field again this weekend as part of a blockbuster double-header at Moreton Daily Stadium.
Grand Final heroes Matt Smith, Shane Stefanutto and Jade North will be among those proudly wearing the orange once more when they go toe-to-toe with the NPL QLD Legends at 1:00pm this Saturday, 5 June.
The match will serve as a curtain-raiser to the Roar’s season-ending A-League home clash with rivals Sydney FC, which kicks off at 3:05pm.
The Legends had been due to reunite earlier this month, until the rain arrived to intervene.
But with some extra rest under the belt and motivation levels as high as ever, the team will be ready and raring to go for what’s set to be a special occasion.
