The BRFC Legends are back this Anzac Day with some of Brisbane Roar’s greatest ever players coming together for a special curtain-raiser clash at Moreton Daily Stadium.
Grand Final winning captain Matt McKay will join legendary former team-mates for an exhibition game against representatives from the Australian Army and Queensland Police Service on what is a sacred day for Australians.
Kick off is scheduled for 12:15pm, leading into the Roar’s Isuzu UTE A-League match against Melbourne Victory at 2:05pm.
Anyone with a membership or ticket for the main game can come and see the BRFC Legends in action for free.
The full squad will be released over the coming days as anticipation builds for what is set to be a special afternoon for the club in partnership with Legacy.
An Anzac Day commemorative ceremony will be held in between the Legends and Isuzu UTE A-League matches.
