Brisbane Roar conclude Fraser Coast pre-season camp with exhibition match

Brisbane Roar took on Wide Bay Select in their exhibition match on Sunday to conclude their pre-season training camp on the Fraser Coast with a 10-0 win.

The game attracted an impressive 2,000 supporters, creating an electric atmosphere that the Brisbane Roar truly appreciated.

The squad put on a stellar display, with up-and-comer Thomas Waddingham stealing the show with four goals to his name.

Trialist Kur Kur scored a double as he continues his pursuit to be a part of the A-League Men squad.

Roar’s Youth players were there to impress on Sunday, with 15-year old Quinn MacNicol finding the back of the net and Ayom Majok adding another to the scoreboard.

Brisbane Roar stars Jay O’Shea and Mileusnic scored the remaining two.

A big thank you goes out to the Fraser Coast Council for making this training camp possible and to the Fraser Coast Sports Precinct for providing a top-class facility for our squad.

Brisbane Roar kick off their next pre-season match with a friendly against Peninsula Power on Wednesday 26 July at A.J. Kelly Park.
