Brisbane Roar Football Club wishes to advise that Academy Foundation Coach Tom Fawdry has been released by the Club to pursue another opportunity in Australia.
The Club has agreed to release Tom to allow him to further his development as a coach, after bringing him to Australia and sponsoring his visa to work at Brisbane Roar.
Fawdry was the Club’s two-star Academy’s Foundation Goalkeeper Coach, as well as a key member of the staff behind the Roar’s Foxtel Y-League championship-winning squad.
Assistant Academy Goalkeeper Coach Callum Muir will assume Tom’s duties for the remainder of 2019.
The Club wishes to thank Tom for his contribution to the Club and wishes him all the best for the future.
