Brisbane Roar Membership FAQ

To update and assist our members with their membership queries we have compiled the following updates –

1. When will Digital Cards be sent out to members?

Digital Membership Cards will be dispatched to members by the end of this week. Please ensure your registered email is updated and check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your primary inbox.

If you have purchased a membership in recent days, please expect your digital card to be dispatched in our second digital card run – expected to occur next week.

2. Whose responsibility is the Liberty A-League Pass? And what can be done for unfulfilled cards? 

The Liberty A-League Pass falls under APL’s responsibility. If you have not received your card or there are issues with it, please contact APL. We are working closely with APL to ensure timely resolution for our members.

If you have not received your Liberty A League Pass prior to the match you wish to attend, please bring your confirmation email to the ticketing box to receive a general admission ticket.

3. I haven’t received my Redemption code for the 5-game part season for women’s. What should I do?

Please approach the ticketing box office at the game you wish to attend and provide proof of your part season membership and assist you with redeeming your tickets.

4. My Redemption code is invalid. What can I do?

If you’re experiencing issues with your Redemption code, please ensure you are entering it correctly without any spaces. If the problem persists, reach out to our membership team with the specific code you received for a quick resolution.

5. Where can I collect my Membership Pack? 

The initial Membership Pack collection will take place this weekend (21st October 2023) at Ballymore Stadium during the Liberty A Leagues Women’s match against Sydney FC. Detailed information regarding the collection point can be found in the matchday guide.

6. When will Physical cards be available for collection?

Physical cards are anticipated to be available by next week (1 week from when digital cards are dispatched). Members will be notified via email once they’re ready for pickup or dispatch.
