BRISBANE ROAR OFF-SEASON UPDATE

Your Brisbane Roar players are currently in their off-season, and some are travelling, visiting family, or just enjoying some down-time.

Scott Neville is currently travelling around Lombok, an island of Indonesia, with his wife. 

“We are staying at a beautiful resort on top of a cliff overlooking the beach called Somewhere,” Neville said.

“My wife and I have been exploring the island whilst also immersing ourselves in the local food and culture,” he added. 

Jack Hingert was spending time in Melbourne visiting his family before returning to Brisbane where he took part in an NPL commentating opportunity with Football Queensland.

Hingert said he potentially would look at doing some more commentary in the future.

Skipper Tom Aldred is travelling to the UK in the coming weeks with his family, and is set to get married in Paris!

Forward Carlo Armiento is back in Adelaide for the duration of the off-season, where he will be spending time with family and friends before returning to Brisbane.

Rahmat Akbari has travelled to Fraser Island and is soaking up the picturesque views. 

Jez Lofthouse has been keeping busy, playing some other sports while football has been on hold including golf, basketball, and keeping active in the gym.

He will be travelling to Queenstown, New Zealand in the upcoming weeks.

James Nikolovski is currently in Sydney, and went to speak to Arncliffe Aurora FC after being asked by the president of the club, his uncle to say a few words to aspiring young players.
