Brisbane Roar sign Adam Zimarino

Brisbane Roar are delighted to announce the signing of forward Adam Zimarino, who joins the club on a one-year deal ahead of the 2024/25 Isuzu UTE A-League season.

Zimarino, who arrives from Perth Glory, made his A-League debut against Central Coast Mariners in 2022 after having impressed at NPL Western Australia level for both Perth Soccer Club and Perth Glory Academy.

In 2022/23, the Perth local made 16 appearances for his hometown club, scoring twice with back-to-back goals against Sydney FC in Round 24 and Adelaide United in Round 25.

“After speaking to Ruben [Zadkovich], Zac [Anderson] and others from the club it made my decision fairly easy. I’m excited for this opportunity and can’t wait to get going.  The club’s going in the right direction which is something I’d love to be a part of,” Zimarino said.

“For me personally, this year I want to contribute to the team, score goals and ultimately help the team win and get to where this club deserves to be.”

Zimarino joins Harry Van Der Saag, Ben Warland, Marcus Ferkranus, Hosine Bility, Ben Halloran and Walid Shour as the club’s seventh confirmed new arrival ahead of the 2024/25 Isuzu UTE A-League season.
