Brisbane Roar are proud to announce the signing of 18-year-old midfielder Shae Cahill, son of former Socceroo and Everton legend Tim Cahill on a multi-year agreement ahead of the 2023/24 Isuzu UTE A-League season.
Shae Cahill joined the Everton Academy at 14 looking to follow in his father’s footsteps. The midfielder has now earned his opportunity in the Isuzu UTE A-League with Brisbane Roar.
After 4 years of football in England, Shae will look to apply these skills into his first season with the Brisbane Roar.
In the 2022/23 season, he made 9 appearances for the U18 Everton side in the U18 English Premier League, managing 3 assists.
