Brisbane Roar’s Hyundai A-League match against Melbourne Victory scheduled for tonight at Suncorp Stadium has been postponed.
The decision to reschedule the match was made by Football Federation Australia today after advice from the State Government, emergency authorities including Queensland Police and the Bureau of Meteorology indicated severe weather conditions created by Category Five Cyclone Marcia will persist through to tonight’s scheduled 7pm kick-off.
Brisbane Roar will work with the FFA to lock in a new date as soon as possible for the highly anticipated clash with the Besart Berisha’s Melbourne Victory.
Tickets bought for tonight’s match will be valid for the new date. Patrons seeking a refund should contact Ticketek.
