Dear valued stakeholders, members and fans,
By now you will be aware of the Federal Government’s advice to suspend gatherings of 500 people or more, and this morning’s statement from Football Federation Australia (FFA) regarding the future of the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 season.
As a result, Brisbane Roar’s remaining home matches will be played behind closed doors, and this will be the case until we receive further notice.
Additionally, due to Melbourne Victory being required to undergo a mandatory 14-day period of self-isolation, this weekend’s fixture against the Victory at AAMI Park will be rescheduled to a later date.
These are unprecedented circumstances and the current situation is fluid and constantly changing.
During this difficult time, more than ever, we appreciate the understanding and patience of our dedicated stakeholders, members and supporters and the Club is working through the ramifications and impacts of the current situation.
The Club will endeavour to provide updates over the coming days as additional information is received.
Regards,
Brisbane Roar Football Club
