The match details for Brisbane Roar’s maiden FFA Cup Quarter Final appearance have been confirmed.
The Roar will meet Sydney FC at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium in Kogarah, New South Wales on Wednesday, 22 December, Football Australia announced.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 6:30pm Queensland time (7:30pm local).
Brisbane will be seeking to secure a Semi Final berth for the first time in the club’s history, having never previously advanced beyond the Round of 16.
Warren Moon became the first Head Coach to achieve that feat by leading the team to 3-0 and 4-0 wins over his former clubs Peninsula Power and Lions FC respectively.
The Roar beat Sydney FC 2-0 when the teams squared off in a Round of 32 clash in New South Wales in 2019.
