Four consecutive NPL QLD home games at Logan Metro Sports Park forms part of the next month for our Young Roar.

A busy month of NPL Queensland action awaits our Young Roar, and you can be there to watch it all!

Following this weekend’s trip north to Cairns – our Young Roar’s longest away trip of the season – four consecutive home matches at Logan Metro Sports Park awaits.

Featuring some of the finest young footballers in the state, this is the perfect opportunity for our passionate supporters to see the next generation of BRFC stars in action with a number of younger Academy sides to also be in action.

Beginning on Sunday, June 17 against Sunshine Coast FC, our Young Roar will be in action on home turf for four consecutive weekends including clashes against Redlands United (Sunday, June 24), Brisbane City (Sunday, July 1) and defending champions Brisbane Strikers (Sunday, July 8).

The Young Roar then round out the campaign with three of their last six fixtures on home turf.

An important away match against Cairns FC in the Far North Queensland is first on the agenda with the side looking to bounce back from a home defeat against Gold Coast United. The two sides meet at Barlow Park this Sunday, 3 June (3pm KO).

This weekend’s opponents head into the clash three points adrift of the eighth-placed Roar following 14 rounds of action. The two sides last met in Round 3 at Cornubia Park when two late Cairns FC strikes secured a 3-2 victory for the visitors.
