Thank you for supporting Brisbane Roar with a Flexi membership in season 2023/24!
To access your membership seats at Ballymore Stadium and Perry Park for the season you will need to redeem tickets for each game that you would like to attend.
To redeem your membership tickets, you will need to follow the steps below:
- Click the link here, and then click through to which game you would like to redeem the tickets by click the Find Tickets button for that game.
- Enter your membership redemption password (these are listed below in the passwords redemption box. This is located below the green button that says Ticket and Pricing Info/Get Tickets. If you want to redeem multiple tickets at the same time, enter the additional passwords on a new line.
- Click Unlock Tickets
- Select how many tickets you would like to redeem for the game. Please select the Flexi Membership Redemption price type in the price category your membership is in to redeem the membership tickets. You can choose to purchase additional tickets during this step.
- Click Next, and confirm your seats
- Click on go to checkout, then log into / Create a Ticketek account.
- Confirm Terms and Conditions and press pay. If you are only redeeming your membership tickets, you should not be charged a delivery fee.
Your Flexi membership password is the 14-digit number located at the bottom of your membership card. You should also have received an email containing this password and instructions on how to redeem your tickets.
