Ins & Outs: Burke-Gilroy among extended squad for Mariners match

Antonee Burke-Gilroy

New Brisbane Roar signing Antonee Burke-Gilroy is in contention to make his A-League debut after being included in the extended 20-man squad for Wednesday’s home match against Central Coast Mariners.

The defender joins midfielder Danny Kim and striker Cyrus Dehmie in coming into the mix, while Jack Hingert drops out due to injury and Jesse Daley is suspended after reaching five yellow cards.

Warren Moon’s men will be aiming to secure all three points at Moreton Daily Stadium with the knowledge that a win would take them up to second on the ladder.

Brisbane beat the Mariners 4-0 in Gosford a fortnight ago and are now just two points behind Alen Stajcic’s side, who have played one additional game.
