Masato Kudo is in contention to make his A-League debut after being included in the extended 20-man squad for Wednesday night’s clash against Newcastle Jets.
The Japanese striker has been named in the extended squad for the first time since joining the Roar in December.
Young talents Danny Kim & Keegan Jelacic have also been promoted to the squad, as has new signing Bon Scott who has been added to the Roar squad as an injury replacement player.
Wednesday night’s fixture will be the Roar’s first in the A-League since the January 2 win against Melbourne Victory at AAMI Park.
