Jamie Young & his Roar teammates looking to seize the opportunity

“We want to win games, that’s what it comes down to. For the most part, it’s about having the right mindset for us,” defending Hyundai A-League Goalkeeper of the Year Jamie Young said this week.

“We have great people in this group, a great culture and we have to keep believing in ourselves — that’s important, to not lose sight of our vision.

“We’re a highly-motivated group and this week is a great opportunity for us. They’re the ones who have to win the games — everyone is looking at them to win.

“Football is a very influx game. There are different moments of importance throughout the game, like just before half-time, that we have to look at how to manage.

“They’ve (Victory) done well in attack and we have to acknowledge that and find ways to negate it.”
