When will the fixtures be played?

Each club will feature in two of the three matches played in the inaugural EVA Air Queensland Champions Cup.

Brisbane Roar will face Crystal Palace F.C. in its first ever fixture on Australian soil at the brand-new Queensland Country Bank Stadium in Townsville on Saturday, 11 July before welcoming West Ham United F.C. to the Gold Coast’s Cbus Super Stadium on Wednesday, 15 July. The two London clubs will then face off at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday, 18 July.

How is the winner of the Cup determined?

A game won in regulation time counts for two points and a game won on a deciding penalty shootout (no tied games are permitted) counting for one, with traditional methods of ranking – goal difference, goals scored – determining the order in case of two teams having the same points total.
