The participants were chosen randomly from entries received from current Roar members to win a chance to spend a training session with the Dutch striker.
The 20 aspiring footballers got a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from one of the greatest strikers of the modern era.
With the help of qualified Brisbane Roar coaches John Sime and Billy Dawson, Kluivert kept a close eye on the youngsters as they participated in a number of skill and fitness drills.
Offering advice and encouragement, Kluivert even joined the youngsters as they played a small sided game.
The beaming faces – from both parents and children – throughout the session provided all the thanks required for the event.
Each participant received a personally signed ball from Kluivert as a momento of the afternoon.
