E-Cards: Game 1
Brisbane Roar wishes to advise its members that electronic Membership cards are being sent out to all Members in the coming days for this Saturday’s opening fixture at Suncorp Stadium. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for its arrival. These email sends commenced from this afternoon, Tuesday 4 October. Please check your junk inbox if you’re yet to receive.
Members that have signed up in the past 24 – 48 hours will receive your e-card in your inbox on Thursday, 6 October, or latest Friday 7 October.
If a member signs up between now and Saturday and have not received their digital e-card, by game-day the Brisbane Roar Membership team can send an electronic ticket on game-day to use for this game in the interim until your e-card arrives.
Furthermore, the BRFC Membership team and Ticketek will be able to print tickets on gameday at the box office should any members encounter issues receiving their e-card membership. Please see us at the box office on game-day if nothing has arrived two hours before KO for Saturday’s game.
Flexi Members
All members with Flexi access for Suncorp Stadium (3 Game Suncorp + Moreton Daily Stadium Membership) have had redemption codes emailed to them. Please check your inbox for details. If you have signed up in the last 24-48 hours, your redemption codes will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.
Redemption codes for all members with Flexi Access at Moreton Daily Stadium only have been emailed. If you have signed up in the past week, you may be yet to receive an email with your redemption code. Please stay tuned to your inbox for its delivery.
Physical Cards
Physical cards are being sent out to all members in the coming week and will be arriving from the week commencing Monday 10 October.
Membership Packs
Membership packs will be arriving in Brisbane, mid to late November due development and supply chain issues. Packs will be available for collection from our home game on Friday 9 December at Moreton Daily Stadium vs Adelaide United.
