For a second consecutive campaign, Clare Polkinghorne has earned the praise of her colleagues earning a spot in the PFA Westfield W-League Team of the Season.
One of only two defenders to feature in the squad for a second straight season, the inspirational Roar Women skipper went from strength to strength in the 2019/20 season.
Polkinghorne was one of two Roar players to play every minute of the 12-match campaign in which she also took on an assistant coaching role alongside Head Coach Jake Goodship.
