Brisbane Roar will kick off a big weekend of A-League action for the first ever Unite Round with both our Isuzu UTE A-League Men and Liberty A-League Women going up against the Newcastle Jets in Sydney.
The club can confirm that Hannah Holgersen will miss the remainder of the 2023/24 season due to illness. Hannah is doing well and continues to be an integral part of our Liberty A-League squad after supporting the team in their big home win against Wellington on Sunday. Brisbane Roar wish her all the best in her recovery.
After sustaining a neck injury, Keeley Richards is back and available for selection this weekend.
Ashlee Brodigan continues her knee rehab and will be back as quickly and safely as possible.
Rylan Brownlie remains sidelined with a knee injury and is working towards a return in the coming weeks. Thomas Waddingham is back in full training and is in contention for Sunday’s match against Newcastle.
Corey Brown, Henry Hore, Scott Neville, and Antonee Burke-Gilroy are all making progress to work towards making their return.
New signing Ryan Lethlean has been named in the 20-player squad and in line to make his debut on Sunday.
