Brisbane Roar head to Gosford on Sunday for their second double header in as many weeks for A-Leagues Round 4 clashes against Central Coast Mariners at Industree Group Stadium.

Both of the club’s Men’s & Women’s sides look to bounce back after a pair of defeats against Wellington last week ended Roar’s unbeaten starts to the new season.

Ashlee Brodigan is in contention for her first match in orange after working her way back to fitness after missing the first three games due to a pre-season injury.

Grace Kuilamu unfortunately sustained an ACL injury during training last week that will see her out of action for the remainder of the 2023/24 Liberty A-League season.

Mariel Hecher continues recovery from an ACL injury suffered in December of last year.

For the Isuzu UTE A-League Men, Jez Lofthouse and Corey Brown are both in line to make their first appearances of the new season after being named in the travelling squad for Sunday’s match.

New signing, Antonee Burke-Gilroy has also been named in the travelling squad and is in the mix to play his first match of his second stint in Brisbane.

Aaron Reardon will miss Sunday’s match with knee soreness but is expected to be back in contention for Roar’s Round 5 clash against Perth Glory.

Jonas Markovski has sustained a knee ligament injury and is expected to be out for between four and six weeks.

Jack Hingert is making positive progress after undergoing minor knee surgery last month and is working towards a return to action in early December.

Henry Hore is in line to play his 50th Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s match on Sunday, the 24-year-old has scored nine league goals in that time following his debut in 2021.

Sunday’s action at Industree Group Stadium get underway with the Liberty A-League Women’s match at 1:15pm before the Isuzu UTE A-League game kicks off at 4:00pm AEST.
