Brisbane Roar are set for their Round 17 away fixtures this Saturday with the A-League Women kicking off the action against Newcastle Jets before A-League Men take on Perth Glory.
The A-League Men will look to build on their stellar win over Melbourne City last Saturday, with the A-League Women looking to climb the ladder into finals football.
Club captain, Tom Aldred, is available and has been named in the 20-player squad after overcoming concerns regarding calf tightness.
Roar’s A-League Women’s side will welcome back captain Eash Norrie and midfielder Hollie Palmer from suspension after the pair missed last weekend’s match against Western United.
Ruby Cuthbert sustained a quad injury in Junior Matilda’s camp and is therefore unavailable for this weekend’s fixture, while defender Leah Scarpelli remains sidelined with a hamstring strain.
