Adelaide United have taken a 4-3 win in Saturday night’s Hyundai A-League contest at Coopers Stadium.
Henrique opened the scoring on 20 minutes, linking up well with Taggart before rounding Paul Izzo to open the scoring into an empty net.
Brisbane’s second goal came just before the break in the shape of Dylan Wenzel-Halls’ maiden Hyundai A-League goal.
The young striker was in the right place at the right time, hitting a first-time strike past Izzo before Adam Taggart netted his 50th Hyundai A-League goal, and his 11th of the season, five minutes later.
The striker’s long-range strike was cancelled out on the stroke of half-time however as Isaias nestled a free-kick into the top corner.
The match was then flipped on its head in the second half as Dane Ingham was shown a second yellow card before Jamie Young’s night also finished early after a last-man foul 10 minutes later.
The Reds then drew level with more than 20 minutes to play with two quick goals from Craig Goodwin & George Blackwood.
The home side pushed hard with an extra man for the final stages and were rewarded with a winner from second half substitute Nikola Mileusnic in added on time.
We return to Suncorp Stadium on Friday night to face Sydney FC (6:50pm KO).
