Brisbane Roar defeated Adelaide United in a dominant 1-3 performance at Coopers Stadium on Sunday evening.
It was a scoreless first half up until the 29th minute when an Aimee Medwin corner found Grace Kuilamu in the box to put the visitors in front.
Roar were hungry for more as they neared the break so Bente Jansen confidently leaped and headed a cross from Sharn Freier into the back of the net to extend their lead 0-2 at half-time.
The Reds were first to create in the second half, with Erin Healy scoring her first goal of the 25/26 season with a strike from outside the 18-yard-box to make it 1-2.
In the 67th minute, Bente Jansen sealed a brace after running onto a ball from Kuilamu and following up her first effort to secure a 1-3 victory and massive three points on the road.
Up next, Roar head to Newcastle to face the Jets on Saturday 13 December as they look to maintain their winning form.
