Squad News | Isuzu UTE A-League

Brisbane Roar’s longest-serving defender Jack Hingert is in line to make his 200th Isuzu UTE A-League appearance for the club this Sunday.

If he takes to the field against Macarthur FC at Moreton Daily Stadium, Hingert will become just the second Roar player to reach the double century.

There has been positive news on the training track this week with captain Tom Aldred progressing well.

The centre-back has returned to team training following serious knee and calf injuries.

Exciting striker Luke Ivanović has also returned to full team training and is progressing well towards a possible return to match minutes next week.

However, attacking midfielder Alex Parsons has sustained a lower body injury which will rule him out for several weeks as he commences rehab.

New signings Ryo Wada and Connor Chapman are not yet available, with Wada having only today completed an isolation period.

Sunday’s match kicks off at 5:45pm, with the Liberty A-League opener against Adelaide United getting underway at 3:05pm.

Adult tickets are available from just $20.
