Dear Members and Fans,
Brisbane Roar wishes to explain how its squad pages are updated and thus the reasoning behind pages not being updated on our website particularly after A-League Women’s and Men’s signings have been announced.
The squad section of all A-Leagues club websites is managed by APL and is aligned with the registration of players.
Brisbane Roar, unfortunately, has no control over the squad pages on its website and player updates, therefore has requested APL to enable the clubs to have control of their own squad’s pages on their websites.
This is very frustrating for clubs and the APL is working on ensuring clubs have control without disrupting their own systems and processes in registering players.
Brisbane Roar is aware that the squad pages are a key hub for members and fans to go to, to learn more about the players and this is of paramount importance to the club.
Once Brisbane Roar knows more, we will provide this information for fans to access.
