Brisbane Roar Football Club is committed to providing a positive environment for our Westfield W-League, Hyundai A-League and Foxtel National Youth League sides.
The Brisbane Roar Football Club is in positive dialogue with our Westfield W-League players regarding contract renewals for the 2016/17 season.
The salary cap investment by the Roar for 2016/17 season will increase from $50,000 to $150,000, with greater investment in the team’s coaching staff, medical department and support staff.
The Club over the past six weeks has been negotiating directly with individual players and is hopeful of being in a position to announce our Westfield W-League squad in the near future.
During the off-season, the Club has appointed a new Head Coach (Mel Andreatta) and the team is continuing to work hard on the training park in preparation for the first match of the new season against Sydney FC on Saturday, November 5.
The Westfield W-League squad is an important part of the Roar family and will continue to be in the future.
