Brisbane Roar’s Liberty A-League home game against Newcastle Jets scheduled for today, Monday, 7 March will now be played at James Drysdale Reserve.
The venue change follows advice received on Sunday afternoon regarding the Perry Park pitch, which has not sufficiently recovered in time for this afternoon’s fixture.
We thank the Pine Hills FC committee for working quickly with Brisbane Roar to facilitate the match.
Kick-off is at 4:15pm.
Further updates regarding the venue for Thursday’s match against Canberra United will be provided over the next 48 hours as the club remains in constant dialogue with Brisbane Strikers FC over the suitability of the surface at Perry Park.
