Brisbane Roar is pleased to welcome proudly Queensland organisation WB Electrical into the Roar family as the winner of our Supporting Small Business competition.
Brisbane Roar understands the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on small businesses in Queensland. To do our bit in assisting in the recovery of small businesses across the State, the Club has offered an exclusive six-month partnership to a lucky Queensland small business.
WB Electrical is a family-run business which has been operating for more than 30 years on the Sunshine Coast and throughout Mackay and recently opened a Brisbane-based office in 2018.
Owners Wendel and Barb have a long-standing reputation for offering a wealth of experience and exceptional service to their clients from the design stage right through to construction.
WB Electrical’s expansion to Brisbane has allowed the organisation to chase both their business and family goals, with Wendel and Barb’s son Beau chasing a dream of representing Brisbane Roar in the A-League.
“Small businesses play an integral role across Queensland and Australia and have often been the hardest hit by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Brisbane Roar CEO David Pourre said.
“As a proud representative of the whole of Queensland, Brisbane Roar wanted to do its bit in assisting the recovery of Queensland small businesses following a tough and strenuous 12 months.
