Biography

Brisbane born Corey Brown has been an integral part of the Roar’s success for many years, he is one of just seven players to have played 150 Isuzu UTE A-League matches for Roar.

The 30-year-old who is known for both his defensive quality, delivery and ability going forward is a Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) and Brisbane Roar Youth graduate. His success at youth level led to time at the Australian Institute of Sport between 2010 and 2011.

Brown boasts national team experience in the u17 Joeys squad (14 apps.), u20 Young Socceroos Squad (10 Apps), and U23’s Olyroos squad (8 Apps).

The defender was a member of the Roar’s 2013/14 Premiership and Championship winning squad. His quality performances earned the Gary Wilkins medal for the 2016/17 season.
