Towering frontman, Niall Thom burst onto the scene for Roar with a debut goal off the bench to secure a point in a 2-2 draw against Western Sydney Wanderers at Suncorp Stadium in Round 21 action of the 25/26 Isuzu UTE A-League season before going on to make six appearance in his first top flight campaign.

The energetic forward joined Brisbane Roar B for the 2026 season after impressing locally with Brisbane City, and hit the ground running, top scoring for Roar with four goals in the Kappa Pro Series.
