7 Attacker21-year-old Indonesian international, Rafael Struick stands at an imposing 6ft 1, is a versatile forward capable of playing both as a traditional number 9 and as a winger.
Struick has made 14 appearances for the Indonesian National Team, where he is a key player under the guidance of coach Shin Tae-Yong, a former Roar player. Notably, Struick led Indonesia’s front line in their World Cup qualifier against the Socceroos recently.
His performance at the U23 AFC Asian Cup was particularly impressive, where Struick scored twice in a pivotal quarter-final victory over Korea Republic. Indonesia’s remarkable journey at the tournament included a victory over Australia and a semi-final appearance.
