Brisbane Roar went down 2-0 to Central Coast Mariners on Saturday afternoon at Ballymore Stadium in Round 19 of the Liberty A-League.
Jordan Silkowitz played her last game in Roar colours and was sent off in the best way in front of home support.
It was Central Coast Mariners who opened the scoring in the 45th minute with a tap-in from Wurigumula saw Roar enter the break down a goal.
After a failed Roar clearance, Mariners found the back of the net yet again to see Kyah Simon extend their lead in the 47th minute to make it 2-0.
Roar will be determined to bounce back on the road next weekend when they face Adelaide United away to continue their pursuit of a finals spot.Â
