Brisbane Roar are delighted to announce that versatile defender Emily Pringle has extended her time in Brisbane after signing a one-year extension that will see Pringle at the club through to the end of the 2025/26 Ninja A-League season.
Los Angeles-born with Australian roots, Pringle began her football career playing for the University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate in 2019 before joining University of California (UCLA) for her graduate year in 2023.
Pringle signed on last year from UCLA and burst onto the A-League scene with 18 appearances, two goals and an assist to her name so far this season.
The 23-year-old is excited to continue developing her football at A-League level in Brisbane.
“I’m thrilled to be returning to Roar for another season and to continue building on what we’ve accomplished,” Pringle said.
“I’m incredibly grateful for the growth I’ve experienced as a player this past year, as well as for the welcoming environment at the club,” she added.
“I’m excited to keep developing alongside my teammates and look forward to the season ahead.”
“The support from our fans has also been amazing, and I’m excited for another year playing in front of such a special crowd!”
