Brisbane Roar are delighted to announce that Young Queensland forward Grace Kuilamu has signed an extension that will see her at the club through to the end of the 2025/26 Ninja A-League season.
Since returning from an ACL injury that saw her miss the majority of the 2023/24 season, Kuilamu has been cementing herself at A-League level after several outstanding performances.
The 17-year-old has made 12 appearances thus far, opening her goal scoring account in Round 7 against the Newcastle Jets and following it up with a brace against Melbourne Victory in Round 9 at home.
The young Queenslander has scored a total of five goals this season, most recently scoring the match winner in Sunday’s 1-0 victory over Wellington Phoenix.
Kuilamu is excited to continue playing for her hometown club and said it was an “easy decision” to extend with the club.
“I’m thrilled to be continuing my journey with the club and can’t wait to be playing in the orange kit for another season,” Kuilamu said.
“It has been a great season thus far, especially as I have recently returned from my ACL rehab, and I’m looking forward to growing even further in the club’s environment,” she added.
“It was definitely an easy decision to extend my contract, and I’m excited to continue representing Roar for the 2025/26 season.”
