21 Midfielder
biography-icon Biography

One of Australia’s brightest young attacking talents, Max Court joins Brisbane Roar on a three-year contract ahead of the 26/27 Isuzu UTE A-League season.

The teenage midfielder joins the Roar from APIA Leichhardt FC in NPL NSW, where he made history as the youngest player to appear in the Australian Championship, taking the field at just 16 years and 9 months of age.

Court is already a proven performer at youth international level, as a current CommBank Joeys squad member. He scored twice against Iraq in the qualifier that sealed Australia’s place at the 2026 AFC U17 Asian Cup and then found the net again in the Joeys’ 4-0 win over India in their opening match of the tournament proper.

Court featured heavily in this campaign that saw Australia qualify for its first U17 World Cup since 2019. He also scored in back-to-back matches against U-19 opposition on the PacificAusSports Football Tour in January and has senior cup experience with APIA Leichhardt in the Hahn Australia Cup.

Court will officially join the club at the completion of the 2026 New South Wales NPL season in September.
