Bosnia and Herzegovina Youth International and FC Basel academy graduate, Milorad Stajić joins the club on a two-year deal where he will play a key role within the midfield for Michael Valkanis’ men.
The 23-year-old signs from Serbian SuperLiga outfit, FK Radnički Niš, where he played more than 40 matches across two seasons, Stajić brings with him a hard-working mentality, high technical ability and strong defensive qualities which will see him be an important asset in midfield in season 25/26.
Along with this, Stajić is a product of Swiss giants, FC Basel’s academy set up and also spent time playing for Serbian side, RFK Grafičar Beograd. He has also represented Switzerland and Bosnia and Herzegovina at youth level.
Stajic is a composed defensive midfielder with good ball control and tactical awareness. He excels in distributing play and breaking up opposition attacks.
