Henrique

Henrique

Henrique made his debut as an injury cover in early 2009 and has since become a firm fan favourite with the Suncorp Stadium faithful, who will forever remember him as the Brisbane Roar player who stepped up to slot home the winning penalty in the victorious Hyundai A-League 2011 Grand Final.

In the 2014 Grand Final, Henrique again scored the winning goal  – this time in extra-time as a substitute off the bench.

Currently the club’s longest serving player, the little Brazilian’s impressive 2014/15 campaign, where he scored eight goals in 16 Hyundai A-League fixtures to finish the season as the club’s Golden Boot winner, was cut short due to a knee reconstruction in early April.
